Caribbean360 uses artificial intelligence tools to assist in monitoring sources, compiling information, and drafting content. Our editorial process involves AI assistance to structure articles into our signature "Six-Card" format, which includes: The Gist (summary), The Pulse (local context), What Happened (key facts), The Impact (regional significance), Perspectives (multiple viewpoints), and the C360 View (editorial perspective).
All AI-assisted content is reviewed and approved by our editorial team before publication. Our TruthScore system provides a verification rating for articles based on source quality, factual corroboration, and editorial standards.
3. Use of Our Service
Caribbean360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
3.1 Permitted Use
You may access and read content on the Service, share links to our content via social media or other channels, use the Service in accordance with your subscription tier, and access features available to your account type.

4.1 Subscription Tiers
Caribbean360 offers the following subscription tiers:
Free: Limited access with article metering (5 articles per month) and advertising
Member: Ad-free unlimited article access, newsletter access
Pro: All Member benefits plus Deep Dive intelligence panels, downloadable reports, and historical data access
4.2 Geographic Pricing
We offer regional pricing for residents of CARICOM member states and associated territories. Geographic eligibility is determined by billing address, IP location, or user self-declaration. We reserve the right to verify geographic eligibility.
4.3 Founding Member Programme
Early subscribers may be eligible for our Founding Member programme, which offers locked pricing for the lifetime of the subscription. Founding Member status is limited and non-transferable.
4.4 Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
4.5 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
4.6 Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods at our discretion. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
6. User-Generated Content
If you post comments, feedback, or other content on our Service, you grant Caribbean360 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to post such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
